As a project manager, I lead projects to success across Austria and internationally as an independent business consultant. What I have learned along the way is this: a supportive working environment is crucial for success.
At the same time, I experience every day how many self-employed professionals face similar challenges: working alone, limited opportunities for exchange, and a lack of suitable infrastructure nearby.
With my vision of a coworking space in Hietzing, I want to address exactly this and create a place that combines professional work with personal networking – local, flexible, and community-driven.
For a long time, I searched for the right location. Now I have found it: a vacant space in the heart of Speising (Vienna Hietzing) that is ready to be brought back to life.
This is where a coworking space will emerge, with flexible workstations, quiet corners for calls, and space for meetings and workshops.
Turning this vacant property into an inviting workspace requires considerable effort. The premises need to be fully renovated and adapted to meet the needs of a coworking space. I am covering a large part of the activation and renovation costs myself, but to make the space truly ready for use, I would greatly appreciate your support through the crowdfunding campaign.
